Westcoat Water-based Polyurethane Concrete Sealer SC-65 is a two component, high solids, water-based, polyurethane sealer available in three popular sheens; gloss, semi-gloss, and flat. SC-65 provides protection equal to that of traditional urethanes with fewer health and environmental concerns and the UV, mar, and chemical resistance of this coating allows it to outperform most other types of sealers.

SC-65 is specified as the finish coat in moderate to severe chemical environments or in heavy traffic areas. Due to the low odor of the water-based polyurethane, it is user friendly and ideal for both interior and exterior application. Apply SC-65 as a sealer over plain concrete, Texture-Crete, SC-10 Acrylic Topcoat, stained concrete flooring and textured epoxy coatings.
